In the heart of Chongfu, Jianhua Shen, founded Xinao's first factory in 1991.

With over a decade of industry experience, Jianhua seized the opportunity to pursue his entrepreneurial dream.

Despite facing numerous challenges, he persevered, assembling a team of dedicated collaborators and acquiring essential equipment.

Today, as Xinao's president, Jianhua's story embodies our company's ethos of passion, resilience, and hard work.

While many companies faltered in the face of adversity, Jianhua remained steadfast in his commitment to Xinao's future, and opted for a strategy of prudent, sustainable expansion. In 1999, Xinao founded Houyuan Textiles, a dyeing factory, and its overall relocation work was completed in 2018.

Through the vertical integration of industrial chain, Jianhua charted a course for Xinao that transcended the present challenges, laying the groundwork for a company poised to thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

In 2003, we established New Chuwa Wool Co., Ltd. as a joint venture between Zhejiang Xinao Textile Inc. and Chuwa Wool Industry Co., (Taiwan) Ltd., which later became a fully-owned subsidiary in 2016.

At New Chuwa, wool is our cornerstone, sourced directly from farms in Australia and New Zealand. Our dedicated team meticulously selects premium virgin wool to meet our customer's exacting standards.

Over the years, we've invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment and expertise, positioning New Chuwa as a global leader in wool top production.

Through continuous investment in advanced machinery, we've not only improved product quality but also reduced our environmental footprint.

Since the company’s shareholding reform in 2007, the company has been committed to establishing a sound enterprise management system to ensure that the company enters a virtuous development cycle and meets the listing standards and requirements.

In order to realize the grand vision of “becoming the world’s best wool yarn supplier” and let more people enjoy the high quality of life given by Xinao’s products, ZHEJIANG XINAO TEXTILES INC. was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2014 (stock code 603889).

Diversified investment sources have accelerated the pace of the company’s development, enhanced our visibility and recognition in domestic and global markets, and boosted the confidence of customers and partners.

Ningxia Xinao Cashmere Co., Ltd. emerged from Zhejiang Xinao Industrial Co., Ltd.'s acquisition of Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere Co., Ltd., leveraging Zhongyin's expertise to create a cashmere hub.

Located strategically near premium cashmere sources, our Ningxia facility boasts an annual capacity of 3,000 tons for dyeing, 2,500 tons for woolen cashmere yarns spinning and 260 tons for worsted yarns spinning.

Our research has yielded over 20 patents, driving innovation in cashmere processing.

Our diverse product range meets market needs for flat and circular knitting, and weaving yarns.

The first overseas production base of XINAO GROUP, XINAO TEXTILES (VIETNAM) COMPANY LIMITED was established in 2023.

This new spinning and dyeing plant in Vietnam is dedicated to worsted merino wool yarns for knitting and weaving.

All textile machinery is supermatic and from Europe including NSC Schlumberger, ZINSER, FADIS, and Schlafhorst.This significant progress instills confidence in the industry's future.

The building of the new plant was completed in May and production should commence in the fourth quarter of 2024.

We expect a gradual increase in production output with a capacity of 2,500 tons/year of worsted wool yarns by June 2025 and 6,500 tons/year of worsted wool yarns by the end of 2027.

Through meticulous rebranding efforts and strategic touchpoint optimisation, Xinao has elevated it's profile, capturing attention at sector fairs and revitalising the portal to embody its renewed essence.
